Amazing Birthday Cake
I LOVE this idea of a candle that melts to become the topping/filling of the cake. @thecreativepot and I were chatting and I thought it might be fun to try and recreate this cake. A foodies challenge if you like. So…this is it. Throwing down the gauntlet. Challenging anyone, far and wide, experience baker or complete novice to give making this cake a try and then blog about it. You have until the end of March (so plenty of time for experimentation and practice!) and at the end of March, I’ll put up a McLinky so we can all share our successes!

the concept itself is extremely simple the only problem I can see is the wick of the candle needs to be edible .Thats the only hard part
Perhaps…but the wick usually burns away…so maybe not?

OMG you do know I am not a baker?? This challenge positively terrifies me! ;) Won’t make any promises…. but hopefully I will join in!
Wait… I was all in then realized… THERE’S NO RECIPE?!?!?! DUDE! I can’t make ANYTHING without the script in front of me!!!
But if i can find them time, sure. I’ll make a cool cake. It may end up looking like chefboyardee ravioli when I’m done with it, and my dog probably won’t even want to eat it, but I can put on my game face.
